Military Officers Clash with NDC Supporters at Ledzokuku Collation Centre

Tensions escalated at the Ledzokuku collation centre in the Greater Accra Region when military officers allegedly fired gunshots after clashing with NDC supporters. The confrontation arose when the supporters demanded the military leave, citing sufficient police presence.

A dispute over vehicle access to the collation area led to gunfire, causing panic among election officials and party agents. No injuries were reported, and calm was restored. The Electoral Commission assured the public that the collation process remained on track. Investigations are ongoing.
