A 47-year-old man arrested for allegedly racially abusing Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo during Bournemouth’s Premier League opener against Liverpool has been banned from all football stadiums across the United Kingdom.

The incident occurred in the first half of the match at Anfield, but Semenyo went on to score twice despite Bournemouth’s 4-2 defeat to the defending champions.

Police arrested the suspect after the game, and while he has been granted conditional bail, one of the key conditions is a nationwide ban from attending football matches.
