Following his retirement from active football, former Ghanaian midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng is stepping into a new role in the football world. The ex-Ghana international is set to begin his managerial journey in 2024, joining the Baller League, a project led by his former German teammate, Mats Hummels.

Renowned football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano shared the exciting news on social media, highlighting Boateng’s transition to coaching in Hummels’ Baller League. Romano expressed anticipation for Boateng’s forthcoming career shift, marking it as a significant transformation in the footballer’s journey.

Boateng bid farewell to his playing career in August 2023, leaving behind a legacy that saw him represent 15 different clubs, notably contributing to AC Milan’s Serie A triumph in 2011.

His international journey saw a transition from representing Germany at the youth level to choosing to play for Ghana in 2010. Boateng made 15 appearances for the Black Stars, scoring two goals, and notably featured in the 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups.
