JUST IN: Kissi Agyebeng Nomination As Special Prosecutor Accepted By President Akufo-Addo

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has accepted the nomination of Mr Kissi Agyebeng as Special Prosecutor.

A press release issued by the Communications Directorate of the Jubilee House said President Akufo-Addo deems Mr Agyebeng as being eminently qualified to become Special Prosecutor has since sought Parliament’s approval for the appointment.

Ghanaarticles.com carried a report about Mr Martin Amidu, who resigned as the special prosecutor after 3 years in November last year.

To this effect, Mr Godfred Yeboah Dame, the Attorney General nominated Mr Kissi Agyebeng as Special Prosecutor to the President for consideration.
