Jordan Ayew Scored and Assisted on his Full Debut for Leicester City in the EFL Cup

Ghanaian forward Jordan Ayew made an impressive mark in Leicester City’s EFL Cup clash against Tranmere Rovers on Tuesday night, netting his first goal for the club in remarkable fashion.

Ayew broke the deadlock for the Foxes in the 38th minute, unleashing a brilliant long-range shot after receiving a pass from Harry Winks. His strike gave Leicester City a 1-0 lead heading into halftime.

In the second half, Stephy Mavididi doubled the advantage by converting a penalty in the 51st minute. Wilfred Ndidi and Harry Winks then sealed the victory with additional goals in the 71st and 90th minutes, respectively, ensuring a commanding 4-0 win for Leicester City and their advancement to the next round of the competition.
