The Chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC) of Ghana,Jean Mensa has disclosed that she would have be happy, if the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama submitted his nomination forms himself.
She indicated that ,it would have been an opportunity for the Electoral Commission to have a one-on-one interaction with him following some of the allegatons he had raised concerning the measures undertaken by the EC ahead of this year’s elections.

John Dramani Mahama Submits Presidential Elections Nomination Forms Today
On behalf of John Dramani Mahama, who is currently in Sefwi Wiawso in the Western North region campaigning, the General Secretary of the NDC Johnson Asiedu Nketia on Wednesday October 7,submitted his(Mahama) forms.
Receiving the forms Mr Asiedu, Mrs Mensa said “we would have wanted the former President to have submitted the forms himself ” to afford the commision to have an exclusive discussion with him.
