Facing criticism directed at the government for allegedly defending officials implicated in corruption scandals, Dr. Bawumia sought to distance himself from such allegations, proclaiming, “I’m the best choice to fight corruption, I’m not corrupt.”
Highlighting the importance of trust in leadership, Dr. Bawumia urged voters to consider his track record of hard work and selflessness, presenting himself as a reliable candidate for the nation’s highest office.
Moreover, Dr. Bawumia underscored his commitment to the prudent management of the country’s natural resources, emphasizing their utilization for the collective benefit of all citizens.
While the current government has faced scrutiny over the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures, including the Office of Special Prosecutor, Dr. Bawumia’s candidacy seeks to instill confidence in his ability to uphold transparency and accountability in governance.
