Kevin-Prince Boateng has hinted that he has plans of returning to the Black Stars following his latest Twitter post.
The Hertha Berlin forward hasn’t played for Ghana since being banned from the national team in the aftermath of the 2014 World Cup fiasco.
However, the star player has been keeping close tabs on the Black Stars and has been keenly following the team’s 2021 AFCON campaign.
Ahead of the game on Tuesday evening, Boateng took to Twitter to post a photo of himself in a Ghana jersey, accompanied by the caption: “Good morning, still waiting.”
This comes after Boateng admitted that he misses Ghana after watching the Black Stars struggle against Morocco in their opening AFCON game.
Reacting to the result on Twitter, Boateng suggested that head coach Rajevac should have called him for the ongoing tournament.
