Awal Mohammed has lamented how tough it has been to rise to popularity in the music industry after years of struggling to break into the mainstream.
Awal Mohammed, a contestant on the 2010 season of Talented Kidz, admitted in an interview with Graphic Showbiz, which was captured by Ghbase.com, that he is trying all he can to succeed and become a success in the music industry, but it isn’t happening.
He claims that he was unable to devote his whole attention to music owing to his academics, but that he is now through with school and working full-time in the music industry.
If I were God, I would have made myself “blow” long ago if it were possible, but I am not.
He added that he has no doubt that it will happen at the appropriate time and that he’s working as hard as he can to make it happen.
“Now that I’m an adult, I’m releasing mature tunes.” It’s vital to me that Ghanaians pay attention to my music and recognize how much I have to contribute, “says the musician.
It took me a long time to complete my education, but I am now prepared to pursue music professionally.” “I’ll be releasing a lot more songs for the people of Ghana in the coming year,” he continued.
“I still have a chance of success if I stay steady.” Everything will fall into place at the last possible moment. In a recent interview with Graphic Showbiz, he said, “My passion for music does not compel me to give it up; all I have to do is connect with the media and collect money to market the songs I am now working on.”
