According to many critics on social media, the genres that most Ghanaians produce aren’t apt to win any international award.
Shatana, a fast-rising afrobeats musician has also added her voice to the unending Grammy award saga in Ghana.
According to the ‘Bad’ crooner, those musicians winning the awards are doing extremely well themselves.
She further stated that they eat good food, do good music and are heavily supported but the narrative is different in Ghana.
Shatana disclosed that Ghanaian musicians only eat banku and okro and the government isn’t doing enough to help theirs.
