Some students from the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) have demonstrated against the harsh decision of management to defer student who made late payment of school fees.
In a press statement by the management, it disclosed the decision was made during their meeting on Monday, 22nd March.
GIJ students are always treated as creche children. Obey before complain has been the norm. Even after failing to provide the promised data last year, fees got increased, lectures back online, data and hostel charges still a burden. They therefore directed the affected students to adhere to the information.
However, the affected students stormed the campus of the GIJ in protest against the harsh decision put out by the management.

Security personnel have been dispatched to restore calm at the campus.
