The Ghana Police Service has announced that all successful applicants from its 2024 recruitment process are scheduled for a medical screening on November 7-8, 2024. Applicants received notifications via SMS, detailing six designated venues in Accra where the screening will take place:
1. Police Church premises near the 37 Military Hospital
2. Police Church premises, Odorkor
3. Police Interdenominational Church premises, Police Depot, Tesano
4. Formed Police Unit (FPU) Headquarters, Police Depot, Tesano
5. Detective Training School, Police Depot, Tesano
6. Police Academy, Police Depot, Tesano
Applicants are required to cover a GH¢980 fee for the screening and are cautioned against paying any additional amounts to individuals claiming to facilitate the process. The police warned app
licants to be wary of fraudulent demands and advised unsuccessful candidates against paying anyone under the pretense of securing recruitment.
