Four more years for what- John Mahama Questions Akuffo Addo

Ex-President of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama, has thrown an indirect question to Nana Addo.

Daboase in the Wassa East Constituency on Thursday as,John Dramani Mahama on his five-day campaign tour at the Western Region, he address his supporters with the analysis of his observation of how the economy during the regime of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is burdened with huge debt, relating with the recent IMF report indicating that Ghana’s debt to GDP is 76 percent.

He said in his statement,“And they are preaching four more. Four more for what? Ghanaians gave you four years and you failed and you are saying four something. Four more years for what?”

According to Mahama,Ghana’s economy has since 1992 been improving steadily  until this year when the economy slumped due to mismanagement by the Akuffo Addo government, causing unbearable hardship for many families.
To the understanding of the writer of this article on Ghanaarticles.com ,what Mahama is trying to say is that,even Kuffuor and others from the NPP, ruled well during their  term in office and its only Nana Addo from the NPP that has made things worse for the country.
