Peter Famiyeh Bozah, known by the stage name Fameye, speaking with Abeiku Santana on the popular Atuu program aired on UTV has finally disclosed why he stopped going to church.
According to the reigning VGMA New Artiste of the Year-2020, the main reasons he stop attending church services was; He was being constantly criticized for his hairstyle and again he was backlash for always wearing earrings.
”I don’t go to church but I pray a lot. I stopped going to church after my hairstyle was constantly criticized…some women in the church always complained about my hairstyle and the way I wear earrings..I got tired of the criticisms so I stopped attending church.” – Fameye said.
The ‘Nothing I Get’ hitmaker revealed whiles speaking with Abeiku Santana that though he has stopped going to church, he still goes by the biblical rules of praying as inscribed in 1 Thessalonians 5:17, thus he pray without ceasing.
