Edwin Nii Lantey Vanderpuye, Member of Parliament for Odododiodio Constituency has said he would have stop the clash that happened in his constituency if he was present.
At a press conference on Thursday, October 29, Edwin Nii said in order to prevent the incident,he would have instructed the NDC supporters not to attack anyone.

He said in his statement,“If I were there, I would have stopped that [but] I wasn’t there,”
“What happened was an indication that very soon then people will tell them enough is enough.”
Already,three persons involed in the shooting incident has been nabbed by the Ghana Police service.
Mr Vanderpuye pleaded with the Accra Regional Police Commander to take over the cases and ensure those investigations are carried out thoroughly.
