According to reports, two people have shot and five people have sustained injuries in Techiman as tension increases.
The incident happened at the collation center when Electoral Commission polling station officers were returning back with the various results from the constituencies.

The tension aroused some people decided to overpower the military men to enter the collation center.
When the military realized they could not control the crowd starting giving warning shots.
In effect, two people died and 5 injured.
