Ghanaian club Dreams FC has been ousted from the CAF Confederation Cup following a defeat at home to Zamalek in the semi-final second leg clash.

The match took place at the Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium. After the first leg ended in a goalless draw, both teams were vying for a spot in the CAF Confederation Cup final.

Zamalek secured the victory with a 3-0 win over Dreams FC, with goals from Mathlouthi, Akinyoola, and Shalaby, dominating the game from start to finish.
