David Loses all 3 Nominations at 66th Grammy Awards

Renowned Nigerian musician Davido faced disappointment at the 66th Grammy Awards as he was unable to secure wins in any of the three categories he was nominated for.

Despite his nominations in Best African Music Performance, Best Global Music Performance, and Best Global Album Performance, Davido fell short against tough competition.

In the Best African Music category, Tyla’s ‘Water’ emerged victorious over Davido’s entry. The Best Global Music Performance award went to ‘Pashto’ by Béla Fleck, Edgar Meyer & Zakir Hussain Featuring Rakesh Chaurasia, leaving Davido without a win in that category. The Best Global Album category saw Shakti’s ‘The Moment’ triumph over Davido’s nominated work.
