The Ghana football fraternity has been hit with another heartbreaking news as Alhaji Yakubu Moro, the owner and bankroller of Berekum Arsenal has passed on.
Alhaji Yakubu Moro is one of the Ghana’s longest serving administrator of football as he dies his late 60s. His death was reported on Thursday after he was admitted at the Ridge Hospital in Accra following a short sickness.

According to source, the passionate football enthusiast battled sickness for a short while and was moved to Accra, the nation’s capital – for treatment where he kicked the bucket.
His funeral arrangements are yet to be confirmed by his family, however, since he’s a Muslim – his body has been moved to Berekum from Accra to be buried.
