Anim Addo officially known as Francis Anim Addo and affectionately called Kwaku Anim grew up in a village near New Edubiase in the Ashanti Region.
He lived with my parents who were peasant farmers which they inculcated in him at my tender age, even though his interest was to become either a footballer or a sports journalist.
Education
Growing up in school he always read about sports or played football. After his secondary education, he worked in the cocoa sector for CashPro Ghana Limited as purchasing clerk and depot keeper in 2000 – 2002.
Career
As destiny made it, he had chance to pursue radio after leaving CashPro, he started with Kings Radio at Konongo in the Ashanti Region after two years.
Luck smiled at him after two months with Kings Radio in 2005. He then moved to Obuoba Fm at Nkawkaw where he spent eight months.
Despite Media
He then joined Peace FM in 2006 as a sports producer.
He started presenting and running commentary on sporting events. Through hardworking, he was given the opportunity by management of Despite Media to present on United Television on Sports.
He is the current host of UTV’s Agriculture program on it dubbed “Ayekoo” which is one of the best Agric programmes in the country if not the best.
