All-time Ghana leading top scorer, Asamoah Gyan will wear his iconic jersey number at his new club Legon Cities ahead of the new season.
The veretran Black Stars forward joined the Royals on the deadline day of the transfer after Asante Kotoko failed to secure his service.
It was earlier reported the deal worth $1million, however, the communications director for the Royals came out to rubbish that report but refused to disclosed the details of the his one year contract, he said, “its’s confidential.”

The Royals ahead of their season opener clash with Berekum Chelsea have come out to release their jersey numbers and the 34-year old striker will get to wear his iconic 3 jersey.
Gyan has worn jersey number 3 than any other number at national team and club level as well.
He is set to make his Legon debut against Berekum Chelsea on Matchweek One of the 2020-21 season on November 14.
