Asamoah Gyan Applauds Mohammed Kudus’ Remarkable Goal in Ghana’s AFCON Clash

Ghanaian football icon Asamoah Gyan expressed admiration for Mohammed Kudus’ outstanding performance during the ongoing 2023 AFCON match between the Black Stars and Egypt. West Ham star Gyan was left in awe as Kudus secured a well-deserved lead with a powerful long-range strike just before halftime.

Receiving a precise pass from Abdul Salis Samed at the edge of the box, Kudus skillfully created space by drifting the ball to his left before unleashing a thunderous shot into the net. The goal gave Ghana a slender lead at halftime, prompting Gyan to take to Twitter and praise Kudus for his exceptional display.

Egypt faced a setback as Mohamed Salah suffered an injury during the game against Ghana. The extent of Salah’s injury remains uncertain, adding a layer of concern to Egypt’s campaign in the tournament.
