Actress Martha Ankomah Sues Kojo Nkansah Lil Win Over His Recent Social Media Comments

Actress Martha Ankomah has taken legal action against fellow actor Kojo Nkansah Lil Win following a recent social media outburst. The feud stems from Lil Win’s harsh criticism of Ankomah’s past comments about ‘Kumawood’ movies.

In a scathing attack on social media, Lil Win accused Ankomah of disrespecting the Kumawood industry with her remarks. He dismissed her as irrelevant, claiming that even if she offered to work for free now, Kumawood directors would reject her due to her alleged rudeness. Lil Win also alleged that Ankomah had belittled the industry in the past when offered a job by a director.

Ankomah, in interviews with Accra-based Hitz FM in 2017 and later with Accra FM in 2023, had criticized the storylines of recent Kumawood movies, comparing them unfavorably to those from the Agya Koo era.
