Kwame Baffoe Abronye, popularly known as Abronye DC and Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has been arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service.
The arrest is linked to allegations of false publication, conduct likely to cause fear and panic, and threats reportedly made against a judge at the Adenta Circuit Court.
He is currently in police custody and assisting with ongoing investigations.
