Renowned Ghanaian musician, Kwame A Plus, whose real name is Kwame Obeng Asare, has made a resolute declaration of his political aspirations for the year 2024. His aim is to vie for the Gomoa Central parliamentary seat, and he’s chosen to do so as an independent candidate, distancing himself from the traditional political affiliations.
Currently, Naana Eyiah Quansah holds the position of Member of Parliament for Gomoa Central, representing the Central Region, under the banner of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Notably, she also serves as the Deputy Minister of Interior.
A Plus, recognized for his activism and incisive commentary on social issues, is fervently determined to seize the opportunity to lead this constituency.
