Electoral Commission Prints Ballot Papers Today

The Electoral Commission (EC) Of Ghana is expected to procede the printing of ballot papers for the December 7 presidential and parliamentary elections today, Monday, 26th October 2020.

Information reaching Ghanaarticles.com has it that,seven printing companies has been selected to help print the ballot papers for December 7, Elections.

Moreover,other reports also tells that all qualified parties and independent candidates are to nominate a representative to each of the seven printing houses to observe the exercise.

Concerns have been raised about the length of this year’s presidential ballot paper due to the Twelve(12) Presidential aspirants on the list.

However,The Deputy Chairman of the Commission in-charge of Corporate Services, Dr Bossman Eric Asare said in connection with concerns raised about the length of the ballo paper that;

“As we enter the home stretch of the elections, the Commission will intensify its public education especially on how to properly vote as a way of reducing the number of rejected ballots.”
