Professor Jane Naana Opoku- Agyemang, the Vice Presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress has promised a to put up a modern makert place, if the NDC wins December Polls.
Speaking at the “women in conversation with Naana event,”Prof Jane Naana said “Market women need more decent market spaces to trade,”
She also assured the women of a better marketplace which will bring a respect to their work.

Speaking further,he said “We need markets that look like Kotokuraba market in Cape Coast and such interventions show respect for our women because the market place is the office of the market woman.”
