The Dansoman Circuit Court has remanded 32-year-old filmmaker Israel Agbo Forson for recording and circulating a video in which he threatened to kill any police officer who crossed his path.

The incident began on June 18, 2025, when police stopped an Uber near the University of Wisconsin with Forson as a passenger. He reportedly objected to a search of his luggage, insisting that officers wear gloves, which led to a verbal exchange.

Both parties proceeded to the Taifa Police Station, where a search was conducted in the presence of the District Commander. Forson was later granted bail.

However, following his release, he recorded a video making threats against police officers. The video, which went viral, led to his rearrest and subsequent remand by the court.
