Kwabre East MP Condemns Detention of BECE Candidates Over Unpaid Fees

The Member of Parliament for Kwabre East, Onyina-Akyeampong Akwasi Gyamfi, has strongly condemned the alleged detention of two BECE candidates by the headmaster of Big Six Educational Complex in Meduma.

The students were reportedly locked in a classroom on Monday and denied the chance to sit for their first examination paper due to unpaid school fees and their refusal to attend a pre-exam camp organized by the school.

Reacting to the incident, the MP expressed outrage and confirmed that he has filed a formal complaint with the police.
