Egyptian superstar Mohamed Salah will go head-to-head with Moroccan full-back Achraf Hakimi and Malian striker Serhou Guirassy for the coveted Best African International award at the 2025 Ghana Football Awards.
The annual event, which celebrates excellence in African football, is set to take place on June 14 at the Accra International Conference Centre.

The Liverpool talisman scored 34 goals and contributed 23 assists across all competitions, helping the Reds clinch the English Premier League title and finish runners-up in the Carabao Cup. His consistency and leadership have once again reinforced his status as one of Africa’s greatest football exports.
Achraf Hakimi
Achraf Hakimi enjoyed a historic season with Paris Saint-Germain, playing a key role in their treble-winning campaign. The Moroccan right-back scored 9 goals and provided 14 assists, helping PSG lift the UEFA Champions League, Ligue 1, and Coupe de France titles.
Serhou Guirassy
Malian forward Serhou Guirassy was a standout performer in the Champions League, finishing the season as joint-top scorer with 13 goals in 14 appearances. He also netted 21 goals in the Bundesliga for Borussia Dortmund, further cementing his reputation as one of Europe’s deadliest strikers.
