Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus came off the bench to score a late goal as West Ham United wrapped up their Premier League season with a 3-1 win over relegated Ipswich Town on Sunday.

Kudus, who replaced Niclas Fullkrug in the 73rd minute, delivered a moment of brilliance in the 87th minute, finishing off a precise assist from Guido Rodriguez. His goal capped a dominant performance from the Hammers, who had earlier found the net through James Ward-Prowse and Jarrod Bowen. Nathan Broadhead scored the consolation goal for Ipswich.

The strike marked Kudus’ fifth goal of the 2024/25 Premier League season, during which he also provided three assists in 31 appearances.

Despite a dip in form compared to his debut season, the 23-year-old remains on the radar of several top clubs, including Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester City. Reports suggest this could be his final campaign with West Ham, as interest grows ahead of the summer transfer window.

While West Ham demand a hefty release clause £85 million for Premier League clubs and £120 million for Saudi clubs, Al-Nassr are reportedly preparing a fresh bid in July after a failed January attempt.

Kudus joined the Hammers from Ajax in August 2023 for £38 million and continues to attract attention with his blend of flair, creativity, and goal-scoring ability.
