Former Black Stars and international football star Kevin-Prince Boateng has officially transitioned from player to agent, launching a new sports agency named Rookie & Champ. This latest venture aims to scout, mentor, and manage young football talents, beginning from his hometown, Berlin, and eventually expanding globally.

The agency is a reflection of Boateng’s deep understanding of the professional game and its often-challenging landscape. Through Rookie & Champ, Boateng plans to provide aspiring footballers with not just career guidance, but also the emotional and tactical support needed to thrive in a competitive environment.

“After years of playing, I know what it takes to succeed and what can break a career early,” Boateng noted. “I want to be the person I never had growing up.”

Starting with a focus on Berlin’s grassroots talents, Rookie & Champ will work closely with players and their families, building strong, supportive relationships. The goal is to guide these players through key decisions, from youth development to professional contracts.
