Elrad Salifu Amoako, the son of renowned preacher Prophet Salifu Amoako, is currently under heavy police guard at a hospital after his involvement in a tragic accident in East Legon on October 12, 2024. The accident led to the death of two young girls, sparking widespread public outrage.
Police sources confirmed that Elrad will be arrested once his medical condition improves. The Ghana Police Service has also charged Prophet Salifu Amoako, his wife Mouha Amoako, and a third individual for allowing their 16-year-old unlicensed son to drive. The parents are expected to reappear in court on October 30, 2024.
