We Will Create 8 Million Jobs in the Next 10 Years – Cheddar

Nana Kwame Bediako, also known as Cheddar, the leader of the New Force Movement, has announced an ambitious plan to create 8 million jobs in Ghana within the next ten years.

This bold initiative, unveiled during the launch of the party’s 12 pillars for economic revolution in Accra on Sunday, aims to tackle the country’s unemployment crisis and drive significant economic growth.

Cheddar’s strategy is centered on heavy investments in key sectors including industry, mineral resources, and agriculture.

The plan envisions the establishment of industrial and processing plants across all 16 regions of the country, which will focus on refining minerals and processing agricultural products.

This move is expected to generate a wide range of job opportunities, catering to diverse skill levels and educational backgrounds.

Speaking at the event, Cheddar emphasized the immense economic potential that lies within Ghana’s natural resources. “Our research on attribution reserves indicates that the combined value of gold, iron ore, gas, bauxite, lithium, diamond, and the potential of agro-processing and arable lands in the country amounts to $2.5 trillion,” he said.

He further outlined the Movement’s determination to unlock this wealth across all regions, predicting that with the right investments, Ghana’s economic output could reach an impressive $4.7 trillion.

This economic boom, according to Cheddar, will be instrumental in creating the 8 million jobs the plan envisions over the next decade.

The New Force Movement’s job creation plan is seen as a significant step towards addressing the unemployment challenges facing the nation, and Cheddar’s announcement has sparked widespread interest and anticipation among the public.
