In line with constitutional provisions and the Local Government Act of 2014 (Act 936), President Akufo-Addo has officially revoked the appointments of 24 District Chief Executives (MDCEs). The decision, based on Article 243 (3) (b) of the Constitution and Section 20 (3) (b) of the Local Government Act, 2014, affects individuals across various districts and municipalities.
