Renowned Disc Jockey and radio presenter, DJ Slim, whose real name is Daniel Gyan Kesse, recently disclosed in an exclusive interview with Zionfelix on the Uncut show that he has made a resolute decision never to return to Dr. Kwaku Oteng’s Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN) as an employee.

DJ Slim emphasized that his unwavering resolve was primarily triggered by what he described as substandard managerial skills displayed by certain key individuals within the media network.

However, despite his stance, DJ Slim made it clear that he harbors no ill will towards the network’s owner, Dr. Kwaku Oteng. In fact, he commended Dr. Kwaku Oteng for his personal conduct during their association.

Speaking of surprising encounters, DJ Slim shared instances of Dr. Kwaku Oteng’s unexpected humility, recounting moments when the business mogul personally reached out to him, extending invitations—an act that consistently left him amazed considering Dr. Kwaku Oteng’s significant standing in society.

Nevertheless, DJ Slim highlighted that his discontent lay primarily with the management personnel at ABN, expressing frustration over their frequent divergence from directives issued by Dr. Kwaku Oteng, causing operational discrepancies within the network.

DJ Slim, who joined Pure FM in January 2019 following his departure from YFM after a five-year tenure, later moved to Radio One, another station under Dr. Kwaku Oteng’s ownership, seeking relief from the challenges encountered at Pure FM.
