He addressed ongoing debates surrounding the construction of the National Cathedral, urging a strategic reconsideration of the project’s significance. Ofori-Atta underscored the cathedral’s potential to contribute to robust infrastructure beneficial for economic expansion, likening it to models observed in Israel and during the Hajj pilgrimage that generate billions annually.
