Vice President Urges Police to Enhance Peacekeeping Practices

In an address at the 52nd Cadet Officers’ Graduation Parade of the Ghana Police Service, Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia encouraged the Police to consistently reassess and improve their methods in maintaining peace within the country.

Expressing commitment to providing necessary resources, Dr. Bawumia emphasized the government’s dedication to empowering the Police, enabling them to fulfill their constitutional duty of upholding law and order, ensuring citizens conduct their activities without disturbance.

During the ceremony held at the Ghana Police Academy in Accra, Dr. Bawumia, as the reviewing officer, urged the men and women of the Police Service to uphold high ethical standards in their service, setting an example of integrity.

Extending congratulations to all the graduates, he urged them to serve their nation with distinction, encouraging them to make Ghana proud through their dedicated service.
