Ghana National Team Faces Roster Changes Ahead of Friendly Matches Against Mexico and USA
In preparation for their upcoming friendlies against Mexico and the United States of America, the Ghanaian national football team has been forced to make several changes to its roster due to injuries. Tariq Lamptey, Daniel Amartey, Alexander Djiku, and Osman Bukari have withdrawn from the squad, paving the way for new additions to the team.
Kingsley Schindler and Stephan Ambrosius have joined the camp in Charlotte, where the team is diligently preparing for the two matches. Additionally, Jerome Opoku is expected to arrive on Wednesday, adding to the revamped roster.
The first of these exciting matchups will see Ghana face Mexico on Saturday, October 14, at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The team will then travel to GEODIS Park in Nashville, Tennessee, to take on the United States of America on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.
