Ghana Police lock Up Fantasy Dome Following Christ Embassy “Pneumatica Night”; Chase After Organisers

The Ghana Police Service has shut down the Fantasy Dome of the Trade Fair Center at La in Accra.

This is to commence investigations into a church service by Christ Embassy where thousands of congregants massed up without face masks nor social distancing protocols.

In a press statement, the police indicated that there was no security for the said church service and that the entire “Pneumatica Night” happened at the blind side of the police.

“The Police did not provide security for the said event. In fact, the organisers did not give notice of the event to any Police Officer or Station.

The event, advertised as a Church Service which ordinarily did not require notice under the Public Order Act, was organized at the blind side of the Police.

Police have since Sunday morning locked up the Fantasy Dome and have started questioning leaders of the Church and Management of the Fantasy Dome about the event.

Any person found culpable will be arrested and duly prosecuted,” the press statement revealed.
