Once completed, the Ghana Award House project will be a two-storey office block, with a two hundred (200) capacity conference room, and training facility designed to house the National Secretariat of the Head of State Award Scheme.
Well meaning Ghanaians including some celebrities have expressed shock and disappointment in the president for prioritizing a state awards scheme over the millions of Ghanaians living in poverty and unfriendly conditions in Ghana.
