Two teenage boys who have been arrested for the murder of a 10-year-old boy at Kasoa have finally spoken.
In a video after their arrest, the boys who have been tagged as ‘sakawa’ boys (money ritualists) have narrated how they ended up killing the boy.
The two teenagers were arrested on Saturday, April 3, 2021, for the murder of a 10-year-old boy identified as Ishmael.
According to reports in the media, the suspects Felix Nyarko, 18, Nicholas Kini, 19, had killed the boy for money rituals.
They were apprehended by the Kasoa Divisional Police Command following a distress call about a homicide incident in Lamptey Mills.
Following their arrest, the two boys have confirmed that they indeed took the life of the young boy.
In a video sighted by Ghanaarticles.com, one of the suspects indicated that he left the boy in the care of his colleague only to return and find out that he had hit him with a club.
The boy added that his friend dug a hole to bury the boy while telling him that some people will come and carry him away and give them money.
