‘If You Make a Mistake, Akufo-Addo Would Arrest You Like a Fowl’- Chairman Wontumi Warns Mahama to Concede Defeat

Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP), Chairman Wontumi born Bernard Antwi Boasiako has cautioned the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Dumelo over his refusal to concede defeat.

According to Chairman Wontumi, John Mahama will face the consequences if he refuses to concede defeat.

He opined that the NDC’s flagbearer rejection of the elections 2020 results declared by the Electoral Commission (EC) has instigated their fans to indulge in protests/demonstrations.

Chairman Wontumi revealed that if John Mahama makes mistake by not conceding defeat, Akufo-Addo would arrest him like a fowl.

“If you make a mistake, Akufo-Addo would arrest you like a fowl.. Just as fowls are used to celebrate Christmas, if John Mahama makes a mistake,he would be our Christmas chicken or hen” Chairman Wontumi revealed.
