German giants, Borussia Dortmund have parted ways with their manager, Lucien Favre after his side suffered a 5-1 defeat to Stuttgart.
Over the weekend, Dortmund were humiliated by VFB Stuttgart at the Signal Iduna Park.
And in less than 24 hours they fired Lucien Favre, the club confirmed the news on Sunday afternoon.

The club also confirmed that assistant coach Edin Terzic will act as interim manager until the end of the current season.
A statement from the club read, “We are all grateful for Lucien Favre and his excellent work over the past two and a half years, where he and his team finished as runner-up twice. Beyond any doubt, Lucien Favre is a great professional and person.”
Lucien Favre, 63, leaves the Black and Yellow side after two of working with the club.
Dortmund has 19 points from their 11 games played in the league, 6 points away from league leaders Bayern Leverkusen.
They sit 5th position on League table, winning 6 games with 1 draw and lost 4 times, scoring 23 and conceding 15 times.
