Electricity power went off in all parts of the country on Sunday, March 7, 2021, with many Ghanaians taking to social media to complain bitterly.
The Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo) released a statement explaining the circumstances leading to a power outage across the country.

In the press release, GRIDCo stated the nationwide power outage is as a result of a temporal challenge they are facing at the moment.
