National Lottery Authority has express their disappointment towards Joy news, Joy Fm and Multimedia group over the airing of baseless report about the procurement of the NEXGO Android Point of Sale Terminals by the Authority.
NLA believes the documents are baseless and its without any evidence of truth.
It is instructive to state that, Hon. Kofi Osei-Ameyaw, the Director-General of the NLA has sued Multimedia Group Limited in this particular subject matter and the case is still pending at the Court.

Multimedia group seems to have throw dust in to the eyes on Ghanaians since there is no evidence proving what they were airing is true.
Therefore it wont be surprising if the NLA sue them again of another offense which is airing baseless documents.
The Director-General of National lottery Authority implore Ghanaians to ignore the actions of Joy new, Joy Fm and the Multimedia group since the case is in court for judgment.
