Dr. Rashid Pelpuo, the Member of Parliament for Wa Central, has declared a reward of GH¢100,000 for anyone who can provide information that leads to the apprehension of those responsible for the recent murders in Wa.
To date, approximately 12 individuals, mainly private security personnel, have been killed in Wa by unidentified attackers.
During a press conference in Wa, Dr. Pelpuo revealed the reward, emphasizing that these incidents have instilled significant fear and anxiety among residents, greatly disrupting local business activities.
Dr. Pelpuo also voiced his frustration over the police’s extended silence regarding the investigation’s progress, highlighting its adverse effect on the Wa community.
