Man Arrested in Nsawam for Possession of EC Biometric Device

A 52-year-old man, Samuel Yaw Koranteng, was arrested and handed over to the Nsawam police after being found in possession of a biometric verification device (BVD) belonging to the Electoral Commission (EC) of Ghana.

Koranteng, who claims to reside in Tudu, Accra, was spotted with the device, identified by serial number VVD49976, by local residents in Nsawam on Friday, August 23.
