In a recent interview with BBC Africa, renowned music artist Shatta Wale, famous for his track “Dancehall King” and hits like “On God,” revealed that his most significant regret in life is not pursuing a career in law. Despite achieving fame and financial success in the music industry, Shatta Wale expressed his longing to have followed his dreams of becoming a lawyer.

When asked about his most significant regret, Shatta Wale promptly replied, “that I didn’t become a lawyer.” He attributed this regret to his desire to practice law, even though he acknowledges the success he has attained in the music world.

The artist elaborated on the reason he hasn’t pursued his legal aspirations, explaining, “Yeah, I’m trying to make enough money.” Although he acknowledged the interviewer’s reminder of his remarkable music career, he remained resolute in his desire to have pursued a legal profession.
