Popular football pundit, Robbie Savage has urged Arsenal to buy Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey because he would be a good signing.
The Ghanaian is keen on a move to the Premier League and has been heavily linked with Arsenal.
The Gunners have made the defensive midfielder a top summer target but Atletico doubt they can afford his £45million buyout clause.
‘I think Arsenal defensively… will they go for a strong midfield player?’ he told BT Sport last week.
‘I know Thomas Partey from Atletico Madrid has been talked about. I think he would be a good signing.’
‘And a defender, whoever that may be.’
The 26-year-old returned to training with his Atletico Madrid teammates on Saturday.
